Every Balistri item is printed to order by our print-on-demand partner, Gelato. Nothing is made before you order.
Production and delivery times
They depend on Gelato and your delivery country. An estimate is shown at checkout, and you get a tracking email as soon as it ships.
Picked the wrong size, colour or design?
A personalised, made-to-order item is neither taken back nor exchanged: the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Check your order before paying. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, write to us straight away at contact@balistri.fr : if the item hasn't gone into production yet, we can try to change or cancel the order. After that, it's no longer possible.
Defective, damaged or non-conforming item
If the item you received is defective, damaged, badly printed, or different from your order, we replace it or refund you. Write to us at contact@balistri.fr within 14 days of receipt, with your order number and photos of the item.
Order not received
If your order doesn't arrive within the stated time, contact us: we check tracking with the carrier and find a solution.
Refund
An approved refund is made to the payment method used, within 14 days at most.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity.
