Who is responsible for your data?
Nathalie Casabianca, under the Balistri brand, is responsible for the data collected on balistri.fr. Contact: contact@balistri.fr.
What data, why, and on what basis?
- Order (name, delivery address, email, phone): to process and deliver your order. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Payment : handled by Stripe. Balistri never sees or stores your card number.
- Customer account (if you create one): to track your orders. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Contact form (name, email, message): to answer your request. Legal basis: your consent and handling of your request.
- Accounting obligations : keeping invoices. Legal basis: legal obligation.
Who receives your data?
- Gelato : receives your name, address and contact details to make and ship your order.
- Stripe : payment processing.
- Infomaniak (Switzerland): site hosting.
- Google Fonts : the site's fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which transmits your IP address.
Some providers are located outside the European Union. Transfers rely on the EU–US data protection framework or on standard contractual clauses.
How long?
- Orders and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).
- Customer account: until deleted or after 3 years of inactivity.
- Contact messages: 3 years maximum from the last exchange.
Cookies
The site only uses cookies needed for it to work (cart, session, secure payment). Balistri sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@balistri.fr. If you think your rights are not being respected, you can contact the CNIL (cnil.fr).
