Balistri never sees or stores your card number.<\/li><li><strong>Customer account<\/strong> (if you create one): to track your orders. Legal basis: performance of a contract.<\/li><li><strong>Contact form<\/strong> (name, email, message): to answer your request. Legal basis: your consent and handling of your request.<\/li><li><strong>Accounting obligations<\/strong> : keeping invoices. Legal basis: legal obligation.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who receives your data?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Gelato<\/strong> : receives your name, address and contact details to make and ship your order.<\/li><li><strong>Stripe<\/strong> : payment processing.<\/li><li><strong>Infomaniak<\/strong> (Switzerland): site hosting.<\/li><li><strong>Google Fonts<\/strong> : the site's fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which transmits your IP address.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some providers are located outside the European Union. Transfers rely on the EU\u2013US data protection framework or on standard contractual clauses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Orders and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).<\/li><li>Customer account: until deleted or after 3 years of inactivity.<\/li><li>Contact messages: 3 years maximum from the last exchange.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cookies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The site only uses cookies needed for it to work (cart, session, secure payment).
