Nothing is made before you order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Production and delivery times<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They depend on Gelato and your delivery country. An estimate is shown at checkout, and you get a tracking email as soon as it ships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Picked the wrong size, colour or design?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A personalised, made-to-order item is neither taken back nor exchanged: the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Check your order before paying. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, write to us straight away at <a href=\"mailto:contact@balistri.fr\">contact@balistri.fr<\/a> : if the item hasn't gone into production yet, we can try to change or cancel the order. After that, it's no longer possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Defective, damaged or non-conforming item<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the item you received is defective, damaged, badly printed, or different from your order, we replace it or refund you. Write to us at <a href=\"mailto:contact@balistri.fr\">contact@balistri.fr<\/a> within 14 days of receipt, with your order number and photos of the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order not received<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your order doesn't arrive within the stated time, contact us: we check tracking with the carrier and find a solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An approved refund is made to the payment method used, within 14 days at most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your legal rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This policy does not limit your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pas de stock, tout est fait pour toi Chaque article Balistri est imprim\u00e9 \u00e0 la commande par notre partenaire d\u2019impression \u00e0 la demande, Gelato.
